You will be safely guided in every posture to align your body correctly for flexibility and strength.
Postures are held so you have time to connect and activate your body and breath for enhanced energy flow.
Each consecutive class brings more understanding and confidence in yoga, experiencing the benefits of having more energy, body awareness, clarity, inspiration and greater health.
If you require more help to get started due to injury or limited movement, a few private sessions are recommended before joining the classes.
If you have any injuries or physical pain, are menstruating or pregnant, or have any concerns at all please let me know before the class starts.
